$524 USD That's a pretty good price for an IPS 4k 21.5" screen… isn't it?
But wait… the monitor input is USB-C ONLY? WTF? Are there any GPUs with that connector on it for my Hackintosh?

Well, for same or lower price you can get good 40" 4K TV with IPS or VA panel and it'll work with your hackintoch. I am not big fan of 21.5" 4K monitors.
