Help exporting/compressing files on FCP 7

HI,
I have project I did for a friend. It came out to be 52min. I tried exporting it to a dvd by compressing it to H.264 with a size of 1920X1080 but total size is 28GB. Anybody have any suggestions as to what to compress it to for it to fit on dvd and still maintain some quality?
