Sigma KII f4.5 70-210 Multi-Coated Lens

Someone gave me this old lens in a Minolta MD mount. It is in excellent like new condition. Is it worth getting an MD to m4/3 mount to use it on a GH4 as far as color accuracy and decent resolution?
