flow motion 2.2 question

I have tested two different gh2 cams and three different san disk extreme pro 95mb 64 gig class 10 cards. I film in 720p sh mode. when it works it works great and spans etc but I have yet to get through any card on either cam without a cam shutoff or write error. I read through the faqs and it says to film in H mode. Whats the point in this. I can use a lower bitrate hack instead. I love the look of flowmotion but I don't see why this is happening. Any insight would be great. All my testing was done in mundane scenarios not taxing or high iso or anything so I feel I cant rely on it in sh mode.
