    You can either insert Vimeo or YouTube link and it'll be converted into embedded flash.

    Or better you can use http://www.sendoid.com/ to instantly share very large files (download their Adobe Air client that work on any platform).

    Later option is especially good for uncompressed raw video captured via HDMI.
