State Duma deputies adopted in the third and final reading a law obliging social networks to remove illegal content.
Now social networks are obliged to remove materials with obvious disrespect for society, state power, an insult to human dignity, calls to participate in unauthorized rallies, and much more. A complete list can be found on the State Duma website.
In addition, the law defines the concept of a social network. According to the document, this category includes all sites with a traffic of more than 500 thousand people per day. To track such Internet resources, Roskomnadzor will create a special register.
Note how in sync is goes with EU laws.
Final mortality data for this year will not be available for several months. But preliminary numbers suggest the United States is on track to see over 3.2 million deaths this year, or at least 400,000 more than in 2019.
US deaths have been on the rise for most of the years, so some annual increase in deaths was expected. But the numbers for 2020 are a jump of about 15% and could climb even higher once all deaths for that month (December) are counted.
This will be the largest percentage jump in a single year since 1918, when tens of thousands of American soldiers died in World War I and hundreds of thousands of Americans died from a flu pandemic. The death rate that year was 46% higher than in 1917.
Life expectancy could be as much as three years down by 2020, says Robert Anderson of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, compared to 1917.

The Russians told about their main fears during the pandemic. This is reported by TASS with reference to a sociological survey prepared by the Higher School of Economics (NRU HSE).
According to the study, 37 percent of the country's residents are afraid of losing their jobs amid the coronavirus epidemic. More than 20 percent of those surveyed said they fear that they will no longer be paid salaries and pensions.
At the same time, it is noted that due to the containment of inflation and the recovery of the financial sector, fewer Russians are worried about the rise in prices. Thus, only 17 percent of respondents noted that the main economic risk is the rise in prices for regularly purchased goods and services. In 2020 main food prices rose from 10 up to 75% while salaries plunged 10% on average. Most of the difference had been covered with new credits as the continue exponential rise.
So, if socialism and capitalism are all the same as some strange guys like to post here, how many percentage of people had same main 3 fears in 1985? It was zero.
Remember, capitalism kills!

Congress’ $2.3 trillion spending and relief package includes controversial measures previously introduced as the CASE Act, the Trademark Modernization Act, and a felony streaming proposal — all significantly expanding the rights and powers of intellectual property owners.
“The CASE Act is a terribly written law that will threaten ordinary Internet users with huge fines for everyday online activity. It’s absurd that lawmakers included these provisions in a must-pass spending bill,” Evan Greer, deputy director of Fight for the Future,
The multitrillion-dollar package also includes a provision authored by Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) that would allow the Justice Department to charge businesses for felony copyright infringement if they intentionally stream copyrighted material online.
Ruling class will never let anything go to waste.
Remember - copyright and patents are very important for exploiters and both must be fully eliminated. And anyone who stands for keeping them or widening is effectively enemy of the people
In a new blog post for the International Monetary Fund, four researchers presented their findings from a working paper that examines the current relationship between finance and tech as well as its potential future. Gazing into their crystal ball, the researchers see the possibility of using the data from your browsing, search, and purchase history to create a more accurate mechanism for determining the credit rating of an individual or business. They believe that this approach could result in greater lending to borrowers who would potentially be denied by traditional financial institutions.
It is important that usually your bank already has access to your complete purchase history (at least here in Mordor).
Microsoft and Google are collecting and selling all browsing history also (but not telling who it is), yet it is not very hard to match it with your ID. Apple is not selling it yet, but collect in databases and share with government.

Citizen Lab has discovered that operators using NSO Group software, nicknamed Kismet, hacked the iPhones of 37 journalists (most from Al Jazeera) using an iMessage vulnerability that had been present for roughly a year. The zero-click attacks left no trace and would have allowed access to passwords, microphone audio and even snapping photos.
And it is only holes known for medium and large private security companies.
It is tons of much more serious intentionally made holes that exist for beloved governments and Apple itself.
