I'd rent an olympus 45mm and a 20mm or 25mm. You NEED autofocus. You don't really need a monopod for photos.

If you really want a Pentax I can sell you mine for $60 with a nice adapter included. It's the faster 50mm 1.4 As @caveport said open they do lose contrast and is soft open.

Another vote for the 20mm 1.7 or if you want faster autofocus for pics 25mm 1.4-usually a little less than $300 on eBay. I trust voigtlanders more than slr magic. You can get a 25mm 0.95 on eBay for about $550 as well.
