Selling Audio Visual Video of a Small Music Festival.

I am trying to do some research about the legality of selling concert footage. We put on the music festival and filmed the entire thing with permission form the bands. We are working out a contract with the bands to release their performances. These are all unsigned underground bands. What other types of clearance or publishing rights do we need? We do have a few covers and I know we will need to get the rights from the original owners. I am VERY new to this so any info would be very helpful. Thanks all.
