Old and New GH1 sensor difference

    Newbie question here. I would like to buy a GH1.
    What is the actual difference between an "old" and a "new" GH1 other than the firmware?
    Is the sensor also new?

    Am i right in understanding that now all (new and old) GH1s are hackable?
