Where is the download for the cake patch, and exactly how do I install it?

I've seen that discussion but nothing in it that looks or identifies itself as a download.

Also, if it's the image files in your first article, what do you download them as and what to do with the once you download them?

The second post in the topic has attachments. Download the newest one and unzip it. You must be logged in to the forum to download attachments. The FAQ I linked previously says what to do with the file after unzipping it.

The files all download as .png files which can't be unzipped.

You need to be signed into the forum. Hover your mouse pointer over the attachment. The filename (ending in .zip) will be highlighted in blue like a link. Click the filename.
