Any good EOS adapters out there?

Hi, can anyone recomend a good eos adapter that can control aperture. All i see is the kipon one and its cheap knock offs that has the iris built in. Even though it looks fancy, something tells me its more gimic than functional ie loss in IQ. Anyone used these or anything else and what are your thoughts. I am looking to mount a canon mp-e to a gh
