64G extreme sandisk

Hello everybody I´m getting a strange message from my pc, I bought a fast card lector for my 64G sandisk and while my iMac recognice it, my pc says "it has not format, do you want give it format" or something like that and never let my get aces to the folders. This not happen with the smaller 16G sandisk cards. I will hack my GH2 with the 16G but, anyone knows a solution? Thanks
