Looking into market it seems like prices on 30" monitor improved, as you can get many models now for under $700.
Price: from $585 shipped
All similar 30" monitors:

This looks very-very interesting. Has anyone in this forum had hands-on experience with them? I wonder how they compare with those Shimian 27" ones? Any dead pixels that we should prepare ourselves for?
If you want to be sure just get one with dead pixel inspection :-) Or ask seller specifically.
As I see they have much wider gamut. Can be especially good if you plan to shoot on F55 :-)
i don't like glossy.
Get film, they are available, as I remember I provided few links in 27" topic.
Issue is that non-glossy monitors with such resolutions have much lower sharpness.
The Ebay seller says don't worry about dead pixels, most people can't see them anyway, and 10 or less isn't even a defect. haha

It is not one seller that offer them :-) Just find smart one who want your money. :-)
