How do I download Ptools for mac?

I got a GH2 recently.
I want to use the Flowmotion V2 hack. Do I put it on my SD card and that's it, or do I need to download Ptools? I don't know much sorry. I wonder if there is Ptool for Mac?

i basically want to find out how i go about downloading everything i need for hacking my new GH2 to use Flowmotion v2... any help is greatly appreciated.
