GH2 producing duplicate .mts files: Why? How stop?

    Hi

    Loving my GH2. However, in my first use of it I recently conducted a number of interviews for a doc and found to my surprise that occasionally duplicate files were created.

    Has anyone had the same happen to them? Anyone know the reason why? Anyone know how to stop it?

    Are you saying that you have two files with the same file name on the card? I don't think the file system would allow two files with the exact same name.

    Or are you saying you have two files with different file names but the content, size, date, time, are identical?

    If your complaint is about the name of MTS files being reset to 0000.mts after you empty your card, then join most other AVCHD users. Each time to format the card, the mts files start out at 0000.mts
