Hi everybody,

After looking for a Lumix GH1/2/3 which could do live streaming through HDMI and OBS without success, I finally got my hands on an affordable Lumix GH5 mk 1. I am very satisfied with it.

The only thing that really bugs me is the impossibility to let the camera communicate directly with the internet (or any internet sites for that matter). Being forced to use these Lumix apps ( Lumix image or Lumix sync) is something I disliked right from the start and systematically refused to do. I cannot accept the idea that Panasonic can have access to my pictures and videos, and, as I oppose that, I did not install any of these two apps on any of my smart devices.

So the question I would like to submit to you here is : is there an alternative or a workaround to these two apps that would make it possible to connect my Lumix GH5 mk1 directly with my internet server (by wifi) or with a smart device (phone, tablet, etc.) by bluetooth, to send pictures to my friends and contacts in the world, without having to use any of these Lumix apps ? Any hack of one of these two? Or any new software creation that would be open source? Where should I look?
