The Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia presented a list of 28 types of goods and packaging recommended for ban in the country. This list was prepared by the Russian Environmental Operator (REO), the ministry told TASS.

The list includes:

• Disposable plastic straws
• Disposable Plastic Plates
• Disposable plastic cups
• Disposable Plastic Appliances
• Glass lids
• Coffee capsules
• Cotton buds
• Opaque and colored PET (thermoplastic polyester) bottles
• Boxes and packs for tobacco products
• Blister pack (except drugs)
• Packaging for chicken and quail eggs
• Several types of bags: doypack, flowpack, jug-shaped, sachet-bag, mesh bag for vegetables and fruits

In short - they are out of oil, and it has nothing to do with any green nature stuff.
