China: Attack on corporations ads revenue

    The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China (MIIT), at the meeting with 25 of the largest Internet companies and equipment manufacturers, including Alibaba and Tencent Holdings, announced the need for internal audits and troubleshooting, from data security to consumer protection.

    The regulator of the Internet industry announced on Monday that it is starting a six-month campaign to stop all illegal online activity by corporations. A few days later, MIIT ordered Tencent and 13 other corporations to stop using pop-up ads for advertising.

    Meituan, Xiaomi and ByteDance were among the companies invited to both meetings. On Friday MIIT ordered companies to eliminate violations in eight areas, including pop-ups, data collection and storage, as well as blocking external links. In a previous meeting, the agency instructed firms to ensure that data security management systems are in place and personnel responsible for data security is qualified for the job, as well as to strengthen oversight of the export of sensitive information.

    Protecting from speculation on education, defending people from the predators of the web, requesting minimum salary for delivery food and keep safe people's house investment is to much communism for our wealthy Western world. The only places you can read about what's going on in China are the economic papers complaining of all the money they are gonna loose. It's a move of that country so bold, so radically on the side of their people that honestly is something I never seen and I am very curious what will be the development of all this.

    It is big fight now, as West is pressing more and Chinese domestic resources are shrinking fast.

    Conflict between communists and opportunists will be rising as abyss between them will be widening.
    You can see same thing in each and every country. So lovely "middle" and "soft" politicians and approaches are going away.

    I also love one domestic guy who perfectly spot another indicator. Look at the face hair for man.
    As things are going towards revolution and conflict - beards and longer hair start to become popular, like today.
    It is unconscious thing as man before big fight wants to show his masculinity.
