    I assume thats the chart for higher female life expectancy. You also know that Russian males are among the biggest drinkers ? Could the high consumption of vodka have something to do with this ?

    First chart is for government agencies, courts and similar things distribution.

    Last chart - number of people who died at work due to accidents

    Mostly it is not huge issue. And consumption is going away quite fast.

    Largest difference is due to deaths of pretty healthy man in their 30-40es and not due to alcohol, but due to stress and overwork.
