Stable 720/50p - + 25mb/s Bitrate

Having spent a number of hours on this forum trying to find stable 720/50p patch i have now resorted to posting a new topic (which i hate doing).
Could anybody give me details on a stable 720p/50p patch that will raise the bitrate but without making the camera unstable? I have tried flowmotion but i get scan lines up and down the shot when filming a one colour surface like carpets and flooring, i can't use this for wedding films.
Any ideas what i should use?
