After watching the trailer, by the end of it, I could careless what camera it was shot on, as the production design, edit and graphic nature of the film superseded the camera choice. Looks like they used great lens which helped with visual content. I think this is a statement about what your priorities should be based on the genre and story you shoot and in this case the A7SII worked well.
Trailer reminds me of a decent horror film from 2017 - "The Autopsy of Jane Doe"
