Skype long ago turned into horribly written bloatware with interface designed by winner of contest performed in asylum. Worse even, it depends on big number of things it does not actually require.
And most new features promoted are something only mad manager could thing about using.

In October this guys also decided to just drop support for any OS what does not contribute for them enough money, this include all Windows RT tablets, all present Windows Phones (except tiny part of Windows 10 Mobile). New Android won't run on any Android device below 4.0.3.
