Using the Slr Magic anamorphot 1.33 adaptor for indie feature film. Good idea?

    Hey guys, shooting a film later this year. Bare bones crew, low budget etc. I'm planning of using the GH4 with my Nokton lenses (17.5mm,25mm,42.5mm) Love the look of the anamorphot but I wonder if it's practical on a indie set. Has anyone used it on bigger productions? Or should I save the cash and buy the nokton 10.5mm and crop in post. Cheers

    How did you like working with the adapter. Any tips for smooth operations? I have the 2X and plan to use it with a PIX-5 in anamorphic mode. But keeping everything vertical seems like a challenge. I'd love to hear about your experience with the adapter on a long shoot.
