GH4 EVF white screen fault

    I was shooting around the house for fun when suddenly the GH4's EVF went white. The flip out screen is still fine.

    I turned it off, removed the battery, waited, etc, still the same issue. It kind of looks like a ribbon cable is loose as there are still some very faint gray outlines on the screen showing detail. I have attached a photo but it's hard to see what it actually looks like.

    Has anyone else heard of or seen this issue? Perhaps it's just a one off fault, either way I'll contact Panasonic in the morning and see what they say.

    Just an update from Panasonic. They will fix it under warranty via a 3rd party but the turn around time is 3-4 weeks. =(
