Fastest File Sharing Site

I'm looking for the fastest file sharing site for fastest downloading and uploading. I'm used to Google Drive, but someone sent 5GB from Dropbox and it was downloading at 200 Kb/sec, which would've put me at 9 hours. I'm wondering what everyone likes for file sharing for video editing file sharing. Thanks.
