The Redrock Micro LiveLens mft™ is the first active lens adapter that enables Canon EF lenses to be used with any micro four-thirds (mft) camera, such as the Panasonic AG-AF100, Panasonic GH1/2, and Olympus Pen cameras.

Canon EF lenses require power and electronic controls in order to adjust the lens’ aperture. Without power and control electronics, The aperture of the EF lenses are stuck wide open, severely limiting the usefulness of the lens. The Redrock LiveLens mft active lens adapter solves this problem by providing power to the EF lens and a control pad to adjust the lens aperture. With LiveLens mft you can set the EF lens' aperture to any stop in increments as small as 1/3 stop. It works with just about every lens available today, including variable aperture zoom lenses, prime lenses, consumer-level lenses, and professional L-series lenses. Please help identify this rig

I am trying to figure out what rig this is posted here. It may be a Redrock Micro and if so, what make/model is it? They don't have anything like it on their website at the moment.

Also, if anyone knows of similar rigs where the main rod can be adjusted and set below the shoulder (seems most of them being made are simply straight rods parallel to the shoulder). I also like that the handles are closer together rather than so far apart as is the case with most models.

This item is actually new. I ordered it earlier this year for use with my Panasonic GH2 from bhphotovideo.com for $229.50. I mounted the camera to the plate and onto my rails and realized that there was no way to keep the camera from spinning around on the baseplate (The GH2 doesn't have an auxillary hole to prevent this like the Canon 7d). So this has pretty much been sitting on my shelf ever since. There's a little rub on the top of the plate from my camera rotating on it. Paint isn't removed or anything and this can only be seen when holding it in the right light. This piece is extremely well built and will serve you well for many years.

I will be shipping this to the winner in the same box that BHPhotoVideo.com sent it to me in. This items is complete with original box, Canon Set Screw with tiny Allen Key for installation, and Nikon Set Screw with tiny Allen Key for installation as well as instructions from Redrock Micro.
