Press release

LUMIX DMC-FZ70 is packed full of the best multimedia technologies Panasonic makes. Optically the FZ70 delivers from its amazing 20mm wide-angle to 1,200mm (60X) long zoom, making it a category class leader*. With F2.8-5.9 lens brightness, both video and photos will appear bright under low light conditions. Optical image stabilization assures that both long zoom photos and videos are sharp and free from blur. The FZ70 offers amazing Full HD 1080/60i video recording, thanks to Panasonic's experience as a world leader in professional broadcast video. It boasts crystal clear audio due to a unique microphone that eliminates ambient noise and wind sound with the stunning clarity of Dolby® Digital. This unique microphone even zooms with the optical zoom to more precisely zero in on the audio coming from your subject.

  1. Category Class Leading Super Long Zoom Lens
With a 60X optical zoom (20 to 1,200mm), the lens in the FZ70 is the widest and longest zoom in its class*. Its stunningly versatile ultra-wide 20mm to 1,200mm range makes it possible to capture dynamic landscapes, wildlife and almost any scene when traveling. At 20mm the lens captures a nearly 140% wider angle of view compared with a 24mm lens. Comprised of 14 elements in 12 groups, including 6 aspherical lenses with 9 aspherical surfaces and 3 ED (Extra-Low Dispersion) lenses, this advanced lens unit delivers exceptional optical performance by suppressing distortion at the wide end and color bleeding at the tele end.

  2. A Little Extra Zoom Kick
Thanks to its Intelligent Resolution technology, the FZ70 can extend the zoom ratio up to 120X equivalent while maintaining the picture quality. An optional optical lens adapter can further extend the FZ70s range.

  3. Amazingly Clear Zoom Microphone with Dolby(R) Digital Audio Quality
Recording video with the FZ70 is easy, but what's really amazing is its ability to capture audio clearly. The recorded videos come with the highly realistic Dolby® Digital Stereo Creator and its sound quality is further improved in the DMC-FZ70 thanks to a newly developed Wind Shield Zoom Microphone that minimizes wind noise by approx. 70% compared to prior models. Externally, the sealed structure prevents wind from hitting the microphone directly and the draft structure suppresses retention of air internally. As a result, the sound is clear and comfortable to listen to even it if was recorded on a windy day.

  4. Full HD Video Recording
The FZ70 records full-HD 1920 x 1080 videos in both AVCHD and MP4 formats. A special, separate button on the top lets you instantly start recording videos while shooting photos without having to make any extra changes. The Creative Video Mode lets you adjust the shutter speed and aperture any way you like when shooting videos. The powerful 60x optical zoom with POWER O.I.S. is available in video recording as well.

  5. New 16.1-Megapixel High Sensitivity MOS Sensor and Venus Engine Deliver High Speed Response and High Picture Quality A newly integrated 16.1-megapixel High Sensitivity MOS sensor and the advanced image processor Venus Engine feature high speed response and high quality image even in high sensitivity recording. This contributes to enabling high speed burst shooting at 9 fps in full resolution* and the Light Speed AF to catch the most fleeting shooting opportunities together with the quick start-up time of less than a second.

  6. Power Optical Image Stabilization with Active Mode
The POWER O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer) effectively suppresses hand-shake vibration. The angular width that the FZ70 can compensate for is more than 200% wider than previous models at the tele-end, which allows for superior handheld 1,200mm super telephoto shooting. The Active Mode equipped allows for active video recording at wide angle such as shooting while walking without causing deterioration of image quality.

  7. In-Camera Creative Controls and Retouch
The Creative Control and Creative Retouch feature a total of 15 filter effects: Expressive, Retro, Old Days, High Key, Low Key, Sepia, Dynamic Monochrome, Impressive Art, High Dynamic, Cross Process, Toy Effect, Miniature Effect, Soft Focus, Star Filter and One Point Color. The Creative Control lets users shoot with a filter effect while evaluating how it makes a difference in the picture: this can be used for video recording, as well*. The Creative Retouch enables applying a filter effect on the picture even after shooting in camera.

  8. Creative Panoramic Effects
With the Creative Panorama function, it is possible to shoot a horizontal or vertical panoramic image with consequent shots taken by overlaying the previous picture and to put on a filter effect of Retro, Expressive, High Key, Low Key, Sepia, Dynamic Monochrome, Impressive Art, High Dynamic, Old Days, Cross Process and One Point Color.

  9. Amazing Low Light Sensor Response.
While the FZ70 offers a bright F2.8-5.9 lens, it's the new 16.1-megapixel High Sensitivity MOS sensor that cuts noise by 10-15% and dramatically improves images in high-sensitivity shooting. Together with the Venus Engine, it elevates the response, sensitivity and image quality of the LUMIX DMC-FZ70 to even higher levels.

  10. iA Plus Mode
In the iA (Intelligent Auto) Mode, the camera does all the work, leaving you free to compose shots and capture moments in both photo and video recording. In addition, the iA Plus Mode enables you to adjust defocusing area, exposure compensation and white balance by just moving the slider.

GH3 sensor failure? https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/8049/gh3-sensor-failure Mon, 09 Sep 2013 03:10:25 +0000 EspenB 8049@/talks/discussions I was taking some Pictures at Alexander platz in Berlin when my GH3 sensor literaly died from one shoot to the next. In an instant the image from the sensor is mostly rolling banding with a fainth unclear image of the subject. Se Attached file. The camera still takes Pictures if you press the shutter, but the recorded images are allmost as bad as the liveview on the LCD/viewfinder. The dislay Works ok during playback of previously recorded pictures. Have the sensor gone bad? I tried a different lens, but there was the same malfunction regardeless. Comments.

The camera is obviousl under guarantee, but the body have suffered some minor dents during use - but still worked perfectly until my Berlin trip. I have a slight worry the shop might try to blame the malfunction as a result of the minor dents.

Any comments on this strange malfunction?

I just wanted to showcase my first video shot on my new GH3.

I have been a Lumix owner since the GH1 was first hacked and moved to the GH2 last year.

Thank you so much to vitality and everyone else who has worked tirelessly to keep these cameras on the forefront of compact filmmaking.

Let me know your thoughts on the video!

Shot in 1920x1080p 60fps MOV format with 14-42mm kit lens, and canon FD 24mm f2.8 Prime. Standard profile -3-3-2-3 Graded with Magic Bullet Mojo.

Second body to compliment GH2 - Eos M or else https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/8262/second-body-to-compliment-gh2-eos-m-or-else Fri, 27 Sep 2013 21:41:24 +0000 cmountman 8262@/talks/discussions Hello

I have a GH2 with the following lenses:

Sigma 30mm F1.4 Sigma 18-50 F2.8 Panasonic 14mm and 20mm

I also have a Shneider 18-90 F2 lens which I am having made into a Four Thirds lens

I am looking for a cheap second body that will give me footage that will compliment the hacked GH2

I am unsure of which Panasonic Body with hack will best compliment the GH2

Also is the new G5 and G6 planned for hacks? If so they would be perfect choices?

I am also considering the Eos M with its f2 lens although I am concerned that the h.264 format is being replaced next year and if this will make this camera obsolete or if they will offer the new improved codec/format a firmware upgrade?

If anybody has any thoughts on this I would be grateful to know your opinions

GH3 is still too expensive

Thanks

Panasonic XS3 small compact https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/7551/panasonic-xs3-small-compact Thu, 18 Jul 2013 04:09:47 +0000 Vitaliy_Kiselev 7551@/talks/discussions image

Brief specs:

  • 14.1Mp 1/2.3" sensor
  • 24-120mm lens, 6 elements in 5 groups with 3 aspherical lenses

PR:

Panasonic’s new DMC-XS3 offers users the ultimate in compact style and substance, combining superb camera performance with stunning design. Carefully designed from every angle, the XS3 is a small enough to slip inside a pocket, yet packed with technology to ensure those spontaneous moments are captured beautifully. With 14.1 megapixels and at just 14mm thick, the XS3 is the perfect accessory for anyone taking regular pictures on the go.

Akin to a traditional analog camera design yet with an added futuristic appeal, the XS3 looks stylish and edgy. Yet the appeal of the XS3 goes more than skin deep with a technical specification to be proud of.

Superb Performance
The XS3 incorporates a 14.1-megapixel High Sensitivity MOS sensor for clear, crisp images even in low- light situations. Perfect for using at parties, at nighttime or for pre-dawn walks in the park for example, the XS3 ensures low-light situations are catered for. The advanced image processor Venus Engine further enhances images with advanced noise reduction. Together, these technologies realize high speed consecutive shooting and full-HD video recording. The XS3 also enjoys a quick start-up and Light Speed AF to catch the most fleeting shooting opportunities.

Comprising of 6 elements in 5 groups with 3 aspherical lenses with 5 aspherical surfaces in its unit, the F2.8 fast 24mm wide-angle LUMIX DC VARIO lens in the DMC-XS3 features a 5x optical zoom (35mm camera equivalent: 24-120mm) despite its stunningly slim, compact body profile. The 24mm ultra wide angle lens gives photographers a wider range of composition possibilities with approx. 213% larger viewing space compared to that of 35mm camera. It captures more subjects in a limited focusing distance and is good for shooting group portraits, indoor objects or dynamic landscapes. For distant subjects, the Intelligent Zoom can be used for the extended magnification to 10x by combining the digital zoom with minimum deterioration of image quality.

Creativity Catered For
Aspiring photographers can take advantage of a wide array of creative and artistic features. With the Creative Panorama function, it is possible to shoot a horizontal / vertical panoramic image with consequent shots taken by overlaying the previous picture and to put on a filter effect of Retro, Expressive, High Key, Low Key, Sepia, Dynamic Monochrome, Impressive Art, High Dynamic, Old Days, Cross Process and One Point Colour.

The Creative Control and Creative Retouch features a total of 13 filter effects – Retro, Expressive, High Key, Low Key, Sepia, Dynamic Monochrome, Impressive Art, High Dynamic, Cross Process, Toy Effect, Miniature Effect, Old Days and One Point Colour. The Creative Control lets users shoot with a filter effect while checking how it affects the picture. The Creative Retouch allows users to apply a filter effect on the picture even after shooting in camera – perfect for transforming a shot post-shooting.

Full HD Please
Fully versatile, the DMC-XS3 provides 1920 x 1080 full HD video recording in MP4 format for effortless playback on a computer or other portable electronic devices without having to convert the files. Inherently user friendly, a dedicated button enables users to instantly start recording videos while shooting photos without having to make any extra settings, making it extremely convenient to switch between photo and video shooting instantly.

The popular iA (Intelligent Auto) can also be used in video recording and users can enjoy max. 4x zooming in video recording .

Beautiful Images Thanks to iA and MEGA O.I.S
The Intelligent Auto (iA) mode can be set with one-touch for the reduction of misshots. With iA it is easy to take great photos anywhere, at any time.

The MEGA O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer) is integrated in the iA mode for to suppress hand-shake. Apart from the digital image correction, MEGA O.I.S. corrects a jolt of light axis by shifting the O.I.S. lens unit to offset it, resulting in clear, sharp images, without any digital affect or deterioration on the image.

In addition, Intelligent ISO Control, Intelligent Scene Selector, Intelligent Exposure and Face Detection automatically work for users to get the best result.

With a host of cutting-edge technologies, and a beautifully designed form, the XS3 offers the perfect combination of style and performance. The DMC-XS3 will be available from September in a choice of two colours.

Crashed Panasonic GH3 and 8mm fisheye... sold for repairing elements? https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/8137/crashed-panasonic-gh3-and-8mm-fisheye...-sold-for-repairing-elements Tue, 17 Sep 2013 03:29:10 +0000 kaikerr 8137@/talks/discussions Well, it's hard to write this, but I bought a GH3 three months ago and last weekend as I was filming some landscape timelapse in Valle del Jerte (so beautiful) the camera drop from a second floor as I was approaching to stop the timelapse after 12 minutes filming with no problem (damn wind, 2000 € flying!!!) and smashed against a rock. As it's seen in the photo the camera it's not very damaged as I could expect (it was al in one piece) but obviously it doesn't turn on and I don't know what to do with it: - send it to Panasonic? don't know how much money could be and never heard about an experience like this, how long could they take to repair it or whether it is worth... - or maybe sell it as a repairing elements kit for other cameras...

And now I need a new camera as my job depends on it, but a lot of doubts come to me: - buy another GH3 as there's nothing still on hacking it? - a hacked GH2 as I wait for the new upcoming GH5? Have someone any truthful news on thew GH5 or a soon hack for the GH3?

:(

  • Full-HD 1,920 x 1,080 60p videos in AVCHD Progressive (MPEG-4) format (or 30p in MP4)
  • Powerful 20x optical zoom with 2-step Zoom function is available in video recording.
  • Same old 460k screen
  • Flexibility of USB charging or conventional AC adapter charging methods

Normally Panasonic top compact ultra zooms are first cameras to get new LSI.

So, we can safely assume that next GH camera will have 60p (and 50p in PAL)

Hacked it can be very good camera, as you can connect USB and run it for very long time. Plus 20x stabilized zoom. External audio recorder required, of course.

Was my GH2 PCB broken by hacking? https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/8068/was-my-gh2-pcb-broken-by-hacking Wed, 11 Sep 2013 01:18:02 +0000 jonmarcos 8068@/talks/discussions Ok, If you've followed my previous posts you'll know what this is about. http://www.personal-view.com/talks/discussion/6720/gh2-cant-playback-after-being-returned-to-stock-firmware#Item_1

After trying everything I could, I still could not get the camera to play back. I sent it in to Panasonic Service Center as it was still under warranty. They repaired it by replacing the PCB free of charge.

So, was this a side effect of hacking? I did accidentally let the battery run out whilst recording, so maybe it could be that?

Please, no fanboy comments as I am not criticizing the GH2, the hack, or patch. I actually like this camera and am trying to get to the bottom of this so it doesn't happen again.

Thanks!

Hacking electronic gearing of panasonic lenses? https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/7999/hacking-electronic-gearing-of-panasonic-lenses Wed, 04 Sep 2013 08:27:23 +0000 2wheelsimon 7999@/talks/discussions I have attempted to find where to locate this post and I hope this is right.

Just bought an Edelkrone FF for my GH3 rig and it is really nice but a thought occurred to me. The "throw" on the follow focus is very small when using the Edelkrone "tie-wrap" type gears, so I wondered if it is possible to affect the gearing ratio of the fly-by-wire focus of the Panasonic lens (especially 12-35 and 35-100). Would make subtle adjustments of focus a lot easier. I realise I could ask the same question of Edelkrone to see can they produce different gearing (unlikely it has to be said) or maybe could try a much bigger diameter lens gear, but a way to lower the sensitivity of the lens would be really handy (let you leave on lens gear...) - for me anyway.

Two G6 Cameras or One GH3 https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/7646/two-g6-cameras-or-one-gh3 Wed, 31 Jul 2013 19:19:10 +0000 Mckinise 7646@/talks/discussions I just sold my GH2 and I am going to have about $1500 or so to spend on a camera. I don't need it until early October. I will be using it for a feature length movie. My Options:

1- Two Lumix G6 cameras Now.

2- GH3 now

3- Lumix G6 + Better glass

Things to Ponder:

  • Numerous shorts, First Feature. Easier is better for me at this point.
  • Two G6 cameras will let me shoot scenes a heck of a lot faster.
  • I do most of the visual editing, color correction, color grading (I am okay, but far from great.)
  • I will be lighting for the look I want
  • I will be putting this in a few theaters myself and maybe a couple small festivals.
  • I have a pretty good sound guy, so that side is covered.

I am working on bettering my skills between now and October. Every day I am working with footage and studying. Still, I know this will be a challenge. What do you guys think will work best for my needs?

Expose in the Zone - getting the best image for grading. https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/3773/expose-in-the-zone-getting-the-best-image-for-grading. Tue, 03 Jul 2012 21:45:46 +0000 shian 3773@/talks/discussions There isn't an "Education" category, but maybe there should be. I would have put this in there instead.

Many people following this thread - http://www.personal-view.com/talks/discussion/1937/finding-face-exposure-on-gh2#Item_51 - have heard me talk about the 4 stop (technically 5-stop) "Target Range" (or Target Zone) for DSLRs in which you should expose your scene to get clean images that grade exceptionally well with plenty of detail in the blacks and highlights.

But I've received so many questions about what exactly I mean by "the zone system" that I put this video together to demonstrate what I mean and why.

While I only touch very briefly on the actual Ansel Adams Zone System, which is way more complicated than explained herein, if you light and expose your scene using this "zone" technique, you'll never worry about macro-blocking, noisy blacks, or blown out highlights again.

...And you'll be able to grade the living hell out of the footage.

GH_2 PTools problem https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/7594/gh_2-ptools-problem- Wed, 24 Jul 2013 18:35:00 +0000 tokyo187 7594@/talks/discussions I am new to this whole process. I have modded only on PC's, never camera's. I have downloaded PTools as prompted. I have also tried several different settings redshift_v4, moon, apocolypse now, just to see if I could get to work. ptools doesn't recognize any of the files for uploading. The only one it does recognize is the -V103 which is supposed to emulate the original firmware. Please help! I think the Sanity 5 patch I bought the GH2 with is corrupted, because In video mode it's stuck in automatic. I can't change the ISO, or anything. Very strange. I find the GH2's firmware rather shoddy to begin with. If there are any really good firmware updates that you would recommend after the ptools issue is fixed, I would very much appreciate that as well.

Thanks!!

How hard is the 4 minute mile? https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/7731/how-hard-is-the-4-minute-mile- Fri, 09 Aug 2013 10:08:01 +0000 mpgxsvcd 7731@/talks/discussions Pretty darn hard! One of our Local Elite runners(Sandy Roberts) organized an event where he was going to try to break the 4 minute barrier on a local High School Track. When he first thought this up he wasn’t expecting many people to actually show up to watch.

He really just wanted to challenge himself to do it. He has run really close to the 4 minute barrier indoors but he hadn’t ever broken that magical number in an officially timed event.

My father had always told me about how great the day was when Roger Bannister broke the 4 minute mile barrier. It was thought to be impossible back then(1954) but somehow Bannister proved them all wrong. Check out the video below to see what that race was like.

I was literally obsessed with trying to become an elite runner when I was 9 years old. I trained by myself harder than any 9 year old should ever train. I was running 10Ks flat out nearly every day in hopes that one day I too could reach that magical number.

However, no matter how much I trained I couldn’t beat the kids that had elite coaches and knew how to train properly. I became frustrated with the middle distances and then ran my first half marathon at 13 years old. After that I didn’t run distance again until my first child was born 15 years later.

The 4 minute mile is not what it once was. At least 1000 people have run under that time and Daniel Komen has run sub 8 minutes for two miles twice before. In one of his attempts both of his consecutive miles were sub 4 minutes.

However, the feat is still just as hard as it was before. No woman has ever even come close to breaking the 4 minute barrier. The world record for women still stands at 4:12:56 but the men’s record was an astonishing 3:43.13 and the second place runner was right behind him. Check out this video to see what that race looked like.

When I saw that it was free to come out and watch Sandy make his attempt at this elusive goal I grabbed my GH3 and GoPro 3 Black and headed down to Cardinal Gibbons High School. I wasn’t expecting anyone else to be there but to my surprise there were hundreds of people there already.

The track was abuzz with spectators anxiously awaiting the high school football team to finish practice so the race could start. Half an hour later Sandy and his brother(Pacer till 800 meters) were ready to toe the line.

Then it happened. The entire stadium went dead silent. You couldn’t hear anything. Nothing. Just silence as the brothers hurried to the line. No count down. Just a single gunshot and the two runners were off at a torrid pace with a sea of people surrounding them.

I sat alone in the stands. I wanted the best view of the entire track. I was there to capture the moment. I was there in admiration of a fellow runner that I knew could do what I had only dreamed of.

I will let the video pick up where my story left off. I think it does the event justice. I didn’t shoot any stills of the run because they simply don’t tell the whole story. The noise from the crowd is just overwhelming.

It seemed like it wasn’t just a single runner out there. It seemed more like hundreds of people giving everything they had to will this lone runner around the track. In the end breaking the 4 minute mile wasn’t really the goal.

The goal was to introduce running to as many people as possible. That goal was accomplished.

Please watch the video below and enjoy.

We are slaves of the brands? https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/7549/we-are-slaves-of-the-brands Thu, 18 Jul 2013 01:26:34 +0000 Manu4Vendetta 7549@/talks/discussions I anticipate that my English is bad.

When the episode of 'Dr House' was shot with a Canon 5D that was an event, not stop mentioning it on the internet. Then there have been more movies and short films using DSLR's Canon in whole or in any scene and usually tends to be highlighted, such as the case of 'The Avengers'.

Across the street I see is different, 'Musgo' was shot with a GH2, for some the first film made with a GH2 and was a success but not of such magnitude as 'Dr House', was following more in underground forums. (I want to clarify that 'Musgo' is not the first film shot with a GH2, another movie so spanish which was also before shot with a GH2 entitled 'Diamond Flash' in 2011, but the time difference is small, only few months, but it was released in 2011, 'Musgo' was released in 2013). Following the main idea 'Upstream Color' was filmed with GH2 and this fact was not so great repercussion. So too are some movies and a lot of short films made with a GH2 without much discussion.

Something similar happens in the case of films and shorts which uses Nikon, for example, few know that in the series 'Dexter' was used the Nikon D800, while 'Dr House' Canon case was known even people who dont know of cinema or photography, but I'm sure if it was with a Canon the news was a great event.

I see the camera as a means or a tool, really the important in a film is to have a good script -is preferable to have a good script and not a good camera with a bad script-, there are excellent movies that have a great script and the cinematography is austere and even loose, but the spectator is left with the memory of a good story. Sure, good cinematography helps a lot, the ideal is to have a balanced, although a great director can rescue a loose script or story ordinary. I see how many in the industry -mostly low budget- so focused in Canon cameras and I think that marketing has eaten the brain of many people, is obvious that if you feel comfortable with a particular camera is great to use it, but be more open and know isnt a mark problem, this causes ridiculous arguments from experts Canonboy that the GH2 has a video look (videoish). I'm sure if many of them see 'Upstream color' without know that camera was shot will comment; 'very good cinematography, great look', and it was made with a high budget camera, but if you tell thar was made with a GH2 will be conditioned in advance.

In my case I bought a GH2 after many inquiries on the internet, in my country everybody told me what buy Canon, the 550D was the only one that was close to my budget, but its video quality not convicting them and another cameras as the 5D is away much of my pocket and in a forum someone told me about the GH2 and as I have open mind I saw something that I liked and made inquiries understanding for that price I get quality near to cameras of high budget. I dont want to talk from me, just put my example, only what dont understand how some people are so focused on a brand, as if the mark were doing you a favor by using or as if you were paying you.

Adapter for ZENITH HELIOS Prime lens https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/7559/adapter-for-zenith-helios-prime-lens Fri, 19 Jul 2013 07:00:10 +0000 club_irate 7559@/talks/discussions I am thinking of going for a Pentax K mount ZENITH HELIOS 58 mm F 2 Prime Lens. I wanted to know if either of these adapters can help me strap on these lenses on my GH2. http://www.ebay.in/itm/RainbowImaging-Camera-Pentax-PK-K-mount-Lens-to-Micro-4-3-Four-Thirds-Syst-SKF-/281067558847?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_203&hash=item4170ee97bf&_uhb=1#ht_2172wt_1139

If they do which one would be a better buy out of the two for the lens? Will i be able to change the aperture on the lens if i were to use either of these adapters on my GH2? Also, if anyone has a zenith helios or knows anything more about it, please do share with me in terms of video quality.

I know it says M 4/3 but i have had issues with another vintage i had bought with a M42 adapter so i thought its best i cross check with the knowledgeable enthusiasts out here. :) Cheers!

Nikon D7100 vs Panasonic Gh2 sharpness test https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/7505/nikon-d7100-vs-panasonic-gh2-sharpness-test Fri, 12 Jul 2013 08:53:07 +0000 danyyyel 7505@/talks/discussions I already posted that in the Nikon D7100 thread, but I thought that it warranted it own Topic as it was quite revealing and might be of some interest to the community in general.

So I have a little time now and been investigating a bit more the video capability of my newly acquired D7100 (Nikon photo shooter) vs my Panasonic gh2. What I really wanted to know is the sharpness compared to the gh2, because the DR, low light etc... are more or less well documented. I made a series at different sharpness setting in camera, I was going to upload them little latter when I have finish uploading some work. But meanwhile I thought about doing a blind test, because I was surprised how close they looked. I use the same Tamron 17-50 at 50mm on both of them.

Official promotional film for 2013 for my town Kotor. https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/7521/official-promotional-film-for-2013-for-my-town-kotor. Sun, 14 Jul 2013 16:05:50 +0000 inqb8tr 7521@/talks/discussions Hi guys, check out this film that I have been working on for an entire year. It is an official promotional film for my town Kotor in Montenegro, made with tiny budget, and of course, GH2! Small country, small town, small budget, but hopefully a little bit bigger film.

Few b shots with canons 7d and 550d (those soft ones ;), and unavoidable Gopro for underwater photography.

GH2, sedna AQ1 + manual nikkors & toki 11-16. I have written, edited, directed, graded, AE'd the film and even filmed part of it :)
