I've had great results with this set on Full Frame, S35, and Micro Four Thirds cameras.

1 x Cavision 3x3 Matte Box Package - Includes side and top flags, and "nuns knickers".

4 x Cavision 58mm Conical Step-up Ring with 85mm Outside Diameter - Allows lenses with a 58mm filter thread to engage directly with the matte box. The cone design helps to prevent vignetting. If you have lenses with a smaller filter thread, you can use step up rings to attach these.

1 x Cavision 85mm to 72mm Threaded Metal Deep Offset Step-Up Adapter Ring - For wide angle lenses with filter threads of 72mm (can be adapted with step rings). This gets the front element of the lens as close as possible to the filter to prevent vignetting. I've used it successfully with an 18mm lens on my 5D3 without vignetting.

6 x Cavision MBH3X3M 3x3 Metal Filter Tray - Much sturdier then the plastic filter trays that come with the matte box.

1 x Cavision MBH3X4M 3x4 Metal Filter Tray - For using ND grad filters.

1 x LockCircle Slider Base with Support Mount (Y) - This allows the matte box to be mounted to rods, while allowing them to slide back and forth for lenses that extend when zooming or focusing.

1 x Schneider 4 x 4" Five Slot Filter Pouch - Fits four filter trays nicely for fast deployment.

Before anyone suggests it, I know that I could remove the glass from a circular polarizer and use that, but I don't think that it would be smooth enough. I'd like to see if there is anything that is specifically designed for this.

As usual Forga have very good manufacturing quality. Very simple matte box, good if you need just work horse.

• Anodized Cage with handles, rails, allen wrenches, and threaded holes, even has lips to secure camera and allows battery change without removing camera.

• Matte Box (vertically adjustable) with flags and different sized rings,

• Rails (vertically adjustable on tripod mount), both top and bottom rails

• Monitor with three batteries, hood, charger, short HDMI cable, and AC plug. Not a high-end monitor, but works well, reliable, and is great for focusing.

• Follow-focus, including two different mount heights, I can forewarn that this does have some play, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's an easy fix.

• Threaded arms and shoes mounts – work for mounting any items on cage or camera.

All is in good cosmetic and working condition (and in a nice Pelican Case), except the minor play on the follow focus which was mentioned. If possible, I'd like to sell the kit or as much together as I can. Check out pictures and make me reasonable offer if interested please.

As far as I know none of currently sold such MB have filter problems.
Also 4x4 filters are not 100x100 filters, they are slightly larger. Larger trays are not for 4x5 filters also.

This is also a prototype, there are many ways this can be improved, but its fully functional in its present state. Sorry for the lousy photo, but my Canon Powershot is half dead. I still need to do a few adjustments such as replace my plastic and rubber mounts with metal plates, spray the matte box with a flat, non-glare paint, attach a black elastic bag between the matte box and lens so when I use smaller lenses there will be no light seeping through on the sides, etc.

If anyone is interested, I'll give you the full details. The whole thing was built using these two racks and scraps of items I found laying around in my garage/tool room. It holds my GH2, and Juicedlink nicely. I have my NTG-3 on a boom pole ($17), so there is no mic support arm. It would be easy enough to attach one.
