Had the opportunity recently to work producing a short film with the new startup nonprofit; The WeInspire Society. It is always so rewarding to put your heart and time into something you believe can inspire and change others for the better. I love this simple message of 'giving time' because I think our families and friends can all relate to technology taking over at times. As a result of working on this project I have been personally challenged when in a group, to put down the tablet and live more fully present to invest and engage in the people in front of me with my time. This muddy "old" video is a mix of:

• A very personal/biographic collection of stills taken in Czech Republic, Spain and Portugal between 2006 and 2007

• Plus a tweaked version of Gertrude Stein's Family Living can go on existing a text extracted from her The Making of Americans book together with a shakuhachi flute (unfortunately can't remember neither song or performer's name) as SOUNDTRACK

• And still my own poem Algalia all mixed up directly in Quicktime
