Macbook Pro 14, M2 based, 2022 model rumors

    The new 14-inch MacBook Pro will feature the Apple M2 chip and will be available in the second half of 2022. In the next tweet, he added that the novelty will have the same design as the 14-inch models based on the M1 Pro and M1 Max.

    Along with the new MacBook Pro, Apple will also release a new MacBook Air, also equipped with the M2 chip.

    Apple's M2 chip is expected to have a 10-core GPU, though no other details have been released yet. Speed is expected to be slightly better than M1.

    It is reported that the new laptop will not undergo major design changes compared to the 2020 MacBook Pro based on the M1 chip. The upcoming entry-level 13-inch MacBook Pro will reportedly feature the same design as the current version of the device, including the Touch Bar and notch-less screen found on older models in the series. The display will not receive high refresh rate support.

    A recent leak debunks some previous rumors that claimed the new MacBook Pro would drop the touch bar above the keyboard and get an updated design with a 14-inch screen.
