    Nikon registered a new camera under the code name N2016 with Taiwan’s NCC

    • Z-mount camera
    • Uses Nikon EN-EL25 battery, Nikon Z50 also uses it
    • Very cheap plastic build
    • Compatible with Speedlite SB-5000, Stereo Microphone ME-1, Nikon UC-E24
    • Equipped with Wi-Fi (IEEE802.11b/g/n/a/ac) and Bluetooth

    Resparking this, as this camera is long overdue. Unless they just want to keep aps-c as entry level, they should be releasing an aps-c flagship soon. Other than version three's of Z6 and Z7, there's really nothing left to release with the new processor but a D500 replacement, which will for obvious reasons to anyone that knows that camera be extremely well received. Beyond the beast of a photo camera it will be, it stands to reason this will be the first Nikon camera to go beyond 120fps for video.
