When visiting LanParte on my Shenzhen factory tour, I was shown this new camera cage and handle.

Lanparte has created a new camera cage for the full frame Lumix S1 and S1R. The cage is customized to perfectly fit the camera body. And it does fit very nicely as I tried on a S1 at Kenmore Camera, near Seattle.

The cage and camera connected by the quick release Manfroto compatible 701 plate and has a safety locking latch on the left side.

The cameraperson can remove the camera body from the cage in seconds.

All the ports and switches are not blocked by the cage.

There are plenty of 1/4”-20 and 3/8”-16 thread holes on each side to cage body to attach to other devices such as handles, lights, etc. 

Also there are NATO rails. One removable and one built-in on the right side of the cage.

A good solution for mounting accessories on your S1.
