Monopolies news: Amazon and Apple will tighten control on Mac sales
    • Amazon and Apple reached a new deal that will expand the official Apple product offerings on the site.
    • Independent resellers will no longer be able to sell Apple products on the site without the Apple's authorization after Jan. 4, 2019.

John Bumstead is a computer refurbisher who, every year, saves thousands of laptops from the shredder. He buys MacBooks en masse from electronics recyclers, fixes them, then sells them on Amazon Marketplace or wholesales them to vendors who do the same.

Friday morning, Bumstead got an email from Amazon informing him that he’d no longer be allowed to sell Apple computers on the platform, thanks to a new agreement between Apple and Amazon that will only allow “authorized resellers” to sell Apple products.

    Nice. Soon it'll be eBay.

I expect that restrictions on used goods top brands sales will come in 2019.

Remember first rule - you never can rely on infrastructure of big capitalist monopoly.

  • Interview is quite fun two watch as it is two wannabe little capitalists discussing how bigger ones fucked them.

Yes, it is against interests of common good now, but they can't understand that normal solution for real problem does not exist in current society. Actually fact that both of them exist and lived nice is indicator of this.
