GH4 Interface Unit crash

    I think my interface unit may have crashed after two days of use. Was shooting with the interface connected and monitoring via sdi out. Didn't have any issues and was reading audio levels fine. Then the interface just stopped working. No lights appear and no output. The camera still recognised that the units attached but each time I go to playback or connect to wi-fi it displays "TV output in progress". I was also never able to get HDMI out to work from the unit. Any help please?

    Any help please?

    Check all contacts, wipe them with clean cloth.

    If it won't help - go to service center.
