The Chinese government has banned online platforms from broadcasting games online without special permission. This is stated in a joint document published on Friday by the Department of Audiovisual Programs of the General Administration of Radio and Television of the People's Republic of China and the Press Office of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

"The operation of platforms that violate the rules for conducting audiovisual broadcasts of games on the Internet is strictly prohibited," the regulators said in a statement.

"All kinds of audiovisual programs hosting movies and series, variety programs, video streaming services and short videos are prohibited from broadcasting online games without obtaining special permission from the competent authorities," the document says. In addition, the regulator banned them from increasing user traffic to gaming content.

The statement also says that the authorities need to "form the criteria for the behavior of streamers." "It is strictly forbidden to use live broadcasts by people who violate the norms of morality, and their appearance on the screens," the document says. The authorities also instructed such Internet platforms to create mechanisms to protect underage users.

Russian network sources report that the GitHub service for hosting IT projects and their joint development has begun blocking the accounts of Russian companies and developers. This practice, as noted, came into force this week.

GitHub positions itself as a social network for developers. In addition to posting code, members can chat, comment on each other's edits, and follow news and updates.

Dozens of big Russian accounts are reportedly blocked. Among them are the accounts of Sberbank, VTB, as well as lot of small individual developers.

“When blocking a corporate account, access to data can be maintained for two hours, for a personal account, access is limited instantly,” SecurityLab.ru notes.

Residents of Germany must urgently introduce a regime of total savings in the energy sector, said Vice Chancellor of Germany Robert Habeck

In an interview with the editorial group Funke, he urged Germans to cut their energy consumption by at least 10%. Habek suggested saving on heating in homes or reducing trips by private car.

“Each kilometer not traveled is a contribution to making it easier to get away from energy resources from Russia,” Khabek said.

He also urged the Germans, if possible, to use rail transport, or better, change to a bicycle.
