Main advertised thing will be to track your down using camera and this dedicated chip (that will have independent from CPU connection to network controller :-)). Saving energy, you know.

But in reality it'll do things typical for T2 also, including storing and checking serial numbers of CPU and other components, so manufacturer can effectively disable ability for any repairs or replacements.
