I’m going to take you through the story of making POOLS, from a frivolous freewrite five years ago, to shooting, to re-editing the “finished” film two times, to where we’re at now. We world premiered at SXSW Sydney in October, and took home the Audience Award. We’re now getting ready for our North American Premiere at TIFF Next Wave on April 12th, and we are so thrilled to have been invited. It’s just ten films selected a year from around the world, that appeal to a young audience (15-30).
