The Sony FX9 has been marked as discontinued by BHphoto (click here). There were rumors about a possible FX6/FX9 successor, but it’s gone quiet, and as far as I’ve heard, Sony has postponed the launch of the successor. Also keep in mind that the FX cameras are made in China (Shanghai).
