FXhome by Artlist – HitFilm Video Editor & VFX Tool now Available

Artlist, best known for its vast catalog of music and sound effects (as well as stock footage via Artgrid), has released three brand-new subscription plans (one is free) to video editing and VFX software HitFilm and image editing software Imerge. Both applications are part of FXhome, which Artlist acquired last year. When you are getting started with filmmaking, things can get pretty complicated, pretty quickly. Shooting a video is one thing (which can also get rather complex). But putting it all together and creating a finished film that not only looks good, but doesn’t take forever to make, is another thing entirely. That’s where HitFilm comes in handy. Artlist acquired the company behind it, FXhome, last year (blog post here) and they have integrated their stock music / sound effects / stock footage platform directly into HitFilm. So you’ll get an easy-to-use, yet powerful video editing / VFX suite. If you are more into editing still images, Imerge, another FXhome application, is here for you.
