Adobe gives a face (and ear) lift to Premiere Rush. Adobe Max is in full swing, and so are the updates to its Creative Cloud apps. Besides Premiere Pro receiving some much-needed acceleration and a cool new caption feature, Premiere Rush has added hundreds of in-app, royalty-free soundtracks, sound effects, and loops from Splice—the music people, not the Splice.app people—to add to your videos. According to Adobe, whether you’re looking to kick things up a notch with electronica or mellow things out with classical tunes, Splice has it. Plus, they have hundreds of different sound effects to choose, from including animals, cars, ambiance, and nature tracks. The new partnership also includes Splice loops and everything is categorized in different moods, genres, or feelings. Better yet, you'll never need to leave the app. Additionally, Rush has added new graphics, three new transitions (Push, Slide, and Wipe), and improved the in-app browser to search for graphics and audio.
