Well what can I say. Modified the cable and connection and did a small test. The sound in comparrison with the internal mic is excellent for such a small mic.

Anamorphic newbie..
@P4INKiller the 58 mm threaded mount is harder to find than one with a bayonet mount. don't know what you paid, but my bayonet mount Century was about 250 euro... If you paid more than 750 euro than I would say you paid too much IMHO.

ES CINELUX Anamorphic 2x MC test
I wouldn't recommend the Vid Atalantic clamps not for a huge Lens like the ES Cinelux. Better look for RedStan clamps, they are the best.
