Help me to decide: Pilotfly H1 or Ipower 3-Axis

I need some inexpensive gimbal and Pilotfly H1 look like the best option for light cameras. The Ipower 3-Axis brushless gimbal its a very cheap option for U$498, but with few references. Virtually the 4000 Nebula is interesting, but seeing the tests isnt very convincing and in my country no stores that have these to test, so I have to choose the most suitable.

Im open to another options, but under U$700.

I dont want sound ridiculous, but any reliable option under U$400 for the poor man and bankruptcy from third world and dont break the third month?, LOL

I've watching and virtually all gimbals begin from U$600-700, there is a cheap but with 2-axis and the shake noticeable when the operator is walking.

Berkey System Handle Bar Sleeves. They usually send out one plastic one and one metal one. Ask for two metal ones, they grip better. http://www.berkeysystem.com/store/hand-grips-and-accessories/handle-grip-sleeves/

And just pick up some $10 bicycle handle grips from your local bicycle store to slide over the bar ends.

You can mount them going up for the rods to have a handheld solution or you can mount them down from the rods to complete a shoulder type rig. I bought this set up and it is a better solution than any other more expensive solution I've tried.

I'll post more pictures soon once I get the handle grips put on and I have a camera around to mount on it.
