This is a BlackMagic Pocket Cinema Camera body. I've used it for several months and I love it, but I must sell for financial reasons. There's nothing at all wrong with it, it works great. It has the latest firmware and comes with three BlackMagic brand batteries and the AC cable.

I'm new to this site but already have benefited from some fantastic deals on some quality products (thanks Vasiliy!). I've currently got a list of additional items that I will pull the trigger on as soon as funds allow.

There are, however, a few of items that I would dearly love to get a deal on and can't seem turn any up in various searches.

As the title suggests I'm interested in Black Magic Design (Cinema, Production,Pocket) cameras. One area that I'm on the constant hunt for is consumables, specifically BMD compliant SSDs (240 and 480GB) and to a lesser extent batteries (in my case V mount, but others may be chasing AB or others) .

Another item would be an affordable 3G SDI equipped 24p monitor.

Also affordable "technical" cables and conectors eg. SDI, lemo etc

Any help would be appreciated

What's the oldest digital camera you have ready for shooting?

While contemplating the fate of several unharmed yet no longer usable digital cameras I own, all of which just suffer from a lack of still usable proprietary batteries which are not sold anymore, I wondered what is the oldest digital camera that I own that is still "ready for shooting" at any time.

For me it is actually a Konica Minolta A2, for which I was clever enough to buy the 6-AA-battery accessory while it was still available. The A2's original LiIon battery has long died, but using the standard batteries the A2 is still a quite usable 8 MPixel camera to take where you wouldn't take anything of too much value with you. And the A2 is also one of the few digital cameras that are so "analog-camera-like-to-operate" that you can hand them even to 80+ aged people to take a photo with.

What's your oldest digital camera still ready for shooting?

GH2 Batteries - Japanese GH2 Battery working in Australia GH2 and vice versa?

Hi Everyone

Just wondering whether anyone has had any experience with using official GH2 batteries from different regions from where they bought their GH2 from.

I.e. Using a Japanese GH2 battery in an Australian GH2.

I only ask as there's two different GH2 battery models: DMW-BLC12 (America / Japan) DMW-BLC12E (European / Australian)

The power output is the same on both models. (7.2V 1200mAh 8.7Wh)
