This lens is amazing for wide to close up work. Auto focus is quick. The best feature is the manual focus. Just slide the clutch forward and you have true manual hard stop focus. Great for wireless or follow focus.

Looking for a fixed f-stop, parfocal, image stabilized, zoomable Zoom option for Panasonic GH2. After a month of searching I was wondering it this could be the one to work : Sigma 17-50 2.8 OS with "live" adapter. Which mount would be best to use EOS, Nikon, Pentax ? THX

Hello everyone,

I just recently wanted to buy a fisheye lens to filming skateboard videos, but I came across 2 different fisheyes :

The Rokinon 7.5mm f3.5 for Micro 4/3

The Rokinon 8mm f2.8 for Sony E-mount (NEX-7, NEX-5, NEX-3...) + Adapter

The thing is I know the Rokinon for M4/3 is going to fit directly on my camera (tried it in a shop), but the Rokinon for Sony is much faster, but maybe a little less wide...

Can you please help me choose ?

Possible to correct the fisheye distortion in a video?

Its quite easy to correct the distortion on a photo in photoshop etc. But I couldn't find anything about correction in a video. In order to get an old school wideangle lens, I was wondering if the Minolta MD 16mm 2.8 was a good choice - having a lot of distortion.. anybody has experiences with this issue?

My great Zeiss Flektogon 65mm got damaged, some chemical stuff damaged the front glass element which affects the image quality now, so looking for a front glass element or a damaged lens with untouched front glass element to replace mine!

I really love this lens, want to save it!

Asked a few repair service on the net for parts, but no luck.
