Mordor: Lefty hackers opened huge number of postmats
  • Around 3000 places of PickPoint network with up to 150000 parcel doors had been open remotely by hackers.

Actually whole network had been hacked but company managed to shut down some of controllers remotely themselves and called place owners to just unplug the power for all other cases (around 80% of ones that was not hacked had mains power unplugged).

It is not clear now how many parcels had been stolen, but can be around up to 10000-15000.

For now it is considered that hack happened due to newly discovered hole in some Raspberry Pi library (as company used them).
