    I would like to know if there is any central search site, to look for any kind of video footage. I can imagine most stuff will be to pay for, depends on the use or whatever you want it for.

    Is there any free stuff also, like free sound libraries?

    My other question is, if you find video footage from TV or from the net, how are the rules, is it free to use for example in a documentary up to certain amount of seconds?
