    Janne Liljeblad recently announced the availability of yet another free, open-source non-linear video editor, called "Flowblade": http://code.google.com/p/flowblade/

    Tutorial videos available on vimeo: Part 1 Part 2 Part 3.

    Flowblade is based on the MLT framework (as also are kdenlive, OpenShot and Shotcut).

    I only briefly tried it - may appeal to people that like the "Avid" user interface. I'll stay with kdenlive for now.
