Amazon Sidewalk: Now Alexa will also triangulate and track you in realtime

    It will be BLE based mesh home network that will be up and running by default on lot of Amazon devices.

    Network will be also able to do smart tracking of any smartphone with enabled Bluetooth in the vicinity up to centimetres precision and report this data in realtime to Amazon and beyond.

    Right now it is Google and Apple who collect outside location data using WiFi points that smartphone sees around and later send your routes to other companies and governments. Amazon want to do the same inside your house and any other place where they have their smart speakers and other devices.
