Functions for this already added in newest version of Chrome for Android. For now int he test mode only, but will move mainstream in 3 version ahead.

Collection of all passwords that you enter in forms will be performed under pretense of checking if passwords had been compromised, it won't matter if you will never save this password in Google for future automatic entry, it'll be checked and sent to Google anyway.

Also, now similar to Windows version, Chrome will have special tool to check history of visited URLs and will check all software you have on smartphone (browser will get special extended rights via holes implanted by developers into OS), also under pretense of protection browser will send all of this info at least daily to Google servers. Now with each update Google is doing same on Windows (sending files presented on your computer and also installed software) with official explanation being that it is being done to prevent viruses
