    Racism is not some abstract thing and it is not about people of color only.

    For example, if quite low level Apple software developer in US have $8000 a months salary and better level developer in another country for exact same work gets $1000 a month it is called racism. Most fun thing is that many Apple developers actually have "slaves" working on them in cheap countries. It became extremely popular after work from home mode.
